A clearly mandatory requirement is confirmed not met, or the role sits outside your declared target scope.
Evidence-first, never inferred
Work rights, endorsements, medicals, DP, GWO and ECDIS are only counted when you have entered evidence for them. Planned qualifications are never treated as currently held.
